At Mila-fashionIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
